A non refundable deposit of £100 per person is required to secure your booking. The balance of the holiday non refundable is required in full at least four weeks prior to your arrival, 6 weeks for group booking of 6 or more, in the event of accommodation being reserved within one month of the arrival date the accommodation is to be paid in full either by cheque (return of post) or by credit/debit over the telephone. Should the balance of the holiday not be received within four weeks of the arrival date then the accommodation will be cancelled and the non refundable deposit willl be retained. The Bond Hotel Holiday Cancellation Plan is available with all bookings as all deposits and final balances are non refundable. We recommend VENTURESURE for fully comprehensive insurance and their office telephone number is 0845 230 3521. Please remember to state that you will be staying at The Bond Hotel. In the event of having to cancel your reservation, please contact the insurer direct - not the Hotel. Should you have to cancel your reservation within the time that the final balance is due you will be liable for the total amount of the holiday. All cheques and postal orders should be made payable to THE BOND HOTEL. THE MENAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INCREASE PRICES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
